Founder, Kathy Tayntor Nelson has over 20 years of business experience. She specializes in driving individual, team, and organizational excellence. Prior to founding Fish Creek Consulting, Kathy was an Executive Performance Coach at Woodstone Consulting where for two years she worked with leaders and executive teams in Fortune 500 companies. She started her career in advertising and marketing, then moved on to work at an environmental consulting firm where she spent 10 years providing human resource and coaching support to 150 staff globally. She is well versed on large company logistics and has a deep understanding of the challenges and insecurities employees sometimes face in a demanding, fast paced, environment.
